MCF spread Christmas joy!

On November 26th, MCF joined with Beijing City International School to host a Christmas Bazaar to welcome the festive season. The event was a great success, with over 60 stalls selling everything Santa couldn’t fit in his sack, from delicious mince pies to Indian cuisine, Christmas stockings to golf lessons to handmade jewellery. We also had a fantastic raffle, with all the prizes being very generously donated to us from vendors, various supporters and friends of MCF. Along with several merry performances from students of the migrant schools that MCF supports, other acts took to the stage for the day, including an impressive balloon show, BCIS choirs and The Hot Club jazz band, among others.  

The day ended on a high note and in total we managed to raise over 20,000RMB. All the proceeds will go to giving each child at our schools eye checkups and glasses.  We would like to thank everyone who took part on the day, with a special thanks to the staff at Beijing City International School for helping make the event a brilliant success.
